A Collective Commitment to Equity

At the Wake Forest School of Business, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for developing graduates with the problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that they will need to be effective leaders in organizations. We have three principles that guide this commitment:
  • Our student body should be representative of the marketplace.
  • Our students should graduate with a global mindset.
  • Faculty, staff, and students should be equipped with the skills to leverage diversity effectively.
